Non-Refund Policy

At Howdy Magnets Co., we take pride in creating custom photo magnets that capture and preserve your cherished memories. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we have established the following non-refund policy:

1. All orders placed with Howdy Magnets Co. are custom-made according to the specifications provided by the customer. As such, we are unable to offer refunds once an order has been placed and production has begun.

2. Please review your order details, including photos, text, and any other customization options, before finalizing your purchase. Howdy Magnets Co. is not responsible for errors in the information provided by the customer. We encourage you to double-check all details to ensure your order is accurate.

3. Our team works diligently to produce high-quality photo magnets. In the rare event that there is an issue with the quality of your order due to a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your product. We will review the issue and, if deemed appropriate, provide a replacement at no additional cost.

4. While we strive to ensure timely and safe delivery of all orders, Howdy Magnets Co. is not responsible for delays, damages, or loss caused by shipping carriers. We recommend selecting a shipping option that includes tracking and insurance for your peace of mind.

5. Due to the custom nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or provide refunds for any reason related to a change of mind after the order has been placed.

6. Orders can only be canceled if the request is made within 24 hours of placing the order, provided that production has not yet started. After this period, cancellations are not permitted, and the order will proceed as planned.
